Payment Policy

Payment is Required at the time of booking for any and all Remote and In-Person coaching services or swing analysis.

Refund Policy 

GreenLite Golf aims for provide clear instruction and a consistent coaching experience. Because coaching services involve reserved time and analysis preparation, the following refund policy applies.

Remote Services​ - 

Refunds are only available before materials have been submitted and before the booked analysis start time.​

Once either of the following occurs, the service is considered active and refunds are no longer available:

  • The client submits their swing videos or materials, or

  • The scheduled submission time has passed.

In-Person Coaching Sessions-

Refunds for scheduled lessons and coaching sessions are governed by the GreenLite cancellation & rescheduling policy:

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost if the request is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not refundable and may not be rescheduled.​​

If GreenLite Must Cancel

If a session must be cancelled by GreenLite due to any circumstance, clients will be offered either:

  • Rescheduling, or

  • A full refund​

Age / discount misuse policy

Junior discounts apply only to players with the stated age ranges at the time of the scheduled session.

GreenLite Golf reserves the right to verify a player's age when necessary. If a booking is made using the incorrect age category, the client may be required to pay the price difference before the session or service begins.

If the price difference is not paid, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the GreenLite cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Instructional Content Policy

All coaching materials provided by GreenLite Golf -- including swing analysis videos, written feedback, diagrams, and instructional content -- are the intellectual property of GreenLite Golf.

These materials are intended for personal use by the client only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission

​

Clients are welcome to share their progress or experiences, but redistribution of coaching materials is not permitted without written consent.

Agreement statement

By booking a service with GreenLite Golf, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies listed above.
